Hot Water Direct is run by Nexus Plumbing, Gas & Drainage, a registered plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying business working across Auckland.
We replace hot water cylinders every week, which means we buy them on a trade account rather than off a retail shelf. This site exists so you can buy at that price without having to book a plumber first.
Why buy from a plumber
- We know which cylinder actually fits, because we take the old ones out.
- Warranty claims go through people who understand the fault, not a returns desk.
- If you decide you want it fitted, you are already talking to someone licensed to do it.
What we do not do
We do not publish installation prices here. Every install is different — pipework, electrical, access — and a made-up fixed number would be wrong for most people. Ask and we will quote your job properly.
