What we collect

Only what we need to sell and deliver a cylinder: your name, contact details, delivery address, and anything you tell us about your site — including photos you send us of your existing cylinder.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Invoicing and payment happen separately.

Why we hold it

To quote, supply, deliver and invoice, to handle warranty claims later, and to meet our record keeping obligations. Sales records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Who we share it with

Our suppliers, where a delivery has to go directly to your address, and our accounting system for invoicing. That is it. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to marketing lists.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will action it.

This website

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP addresses in order to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.
