Commercial installs get less. The figures above are for a single family home. Fitted anywhere else — a rental block, a motel, a salon — the manufacturer's cover drops to 3 year cylinder, 1 year labour, 1 year parts.

The labour cover depends on who installs it. Manufacturers only honour it when the cylinder was connected by a licensed plumber. We are one — so if we fit it, the full warranty stands.

The 180 in the wide body — 1190mm instead of 1790mm. People order on litres alone and then find the tall one will not fit; this is the answer to that.
